The Topeka Electrical JATC is seeking bids for solar training equipment for use in the sustainable energy training program.

Bid schedule:

     1.  Release of RFQ:   July 8, 2011

     2.  Receipt of Bid Questions:  July 20-21, 2011

     3.  Answers to Bid Questions:  July 29, 2011

     4.  Bid Date:  August 12, 2011

     5.  TEJATC Committee to Review Bids:  August 16, 2011

     6.  TEJATC Committee to Award Contract:   August 17. 2011

     7.  All equipment in bid package must be delivered within 60 days of contract award.

 ALL CONTRACTORS ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR ALL LOCATES ON UTILITIES

PV Array's and Wind Foundation

These foundations must meet specifications as listed.   

*  The bid must be valid until TEJATC approves the bid, 30 days.

    *   The cost should include all components and any delivery fee.

    *   The extent of warranty for components should be identified in the bid.    Minimum one year.

    *   This is a tax exempt project.

    *   Specifics on the foundations follow:

Wind foundation must be 4000 lb. test concrete and a 30 day cure.

Anchor bolts and templet will be provided to be installed

   Questions about the quote specifications shall be coordinated with TEJATC's Training Director, Joel Nickel, (785) 232-5154. All components will be delivered to TEJATC at 1620 NW Gage, Topeka, KS 66618.
